This position is responsible for the day-to-day connection between personal lines underwriting, agent technology enhancements, and the impacts to other business units across the organization. Activities will include communication and coordination of training activities to internal and external customers on underwriting and technology updates, product, rate and process changes, and system enhancements to impacted departments.
